Katia draws on over 15 years' experience to develop tender strategies and lead bid teams to success. She has led Public Private Partnership bids, tenders for Tier 1 contracts as well as overseeing social inclusion and impact activities. Katia has developed and implemented Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework and Plans, Reconciliation Action Plans and developed initiatives around the Victorian Government's Building Equality Policy. Tanya’s extensive experience gives her the unique ability to understand client needs, quickly interpret a brief and distil the key elements to deliver clear and creative results.
