Mijo are always on the lookout for highly experienced tender and bid support people to join the team. Whether you’re in to coaching and interactives, transaction management, a submission manager, bid coordinator, bid writer, strategist, editor, graphic designer or have other proven bid and tender experience, we’d love to hear from you. Your experience will be with large projects, ideally in Tier 1 organisations across construction, infrastructure, transport, defence, property development, renewables/energy, environmental, health, utilities or similar industries.

Are you experienced in writing for large tender responses?
Do you:

Your role will be to:

• Contribute your expertise to collaboratively produce compelling and professional tender responses

• Liaise with SMEs to plan and manage their contributions

• Create responses that stand out through using your commercial nous and experience

• Be part of a team working together for overall excellent outcomes

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record with winning responses for large projects, particularly in the above-mentioned sectors

• Minimum 3 years' tender response experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work solo and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong MS-Office skills/Sharepoint and technical ability

• Have a passion for excellence

Whilst many projects are remote, we may require your presence on-site at times. We offer short to mid-term contracts - not a full-time position. Hourly rates apply with most projects being weeks to months in duration.
